We follow an Open Box Delivery Policy to ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to carefully inspect the product in the presence of the delivery agent. Once the product is accepted after open box inspection, no return, replacement, or warranty claims will be entertained.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or provide replacements after the product has been accepted during open box delivery.
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Our products are not covered under warranty once delivered and accepted.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, high-demand seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
📍 Shipping Areas
- We currently ship across India. For remote locations, delivery may take longer.
Returns & Replacements
- We do not offer returns or replacements after delivery is confirmed under our Open Box Policy.
- Returns are accepted only in the case of damage during transit and must be reported at the time of open box delivery.
- Claims made after delivery confirmation will not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
